Shipping Policy
- Customized art can take 1 week for a big painting and 4 days for a small painting.
- Any ready painting takes 1 - 3 business days to ship.
Refund Policy
- Custom made art is non refundable.
- We accept exchange for the same value of the item otherwise the buyer will pay the difference if it a higher value.
- For ready arts we accept 7 days refund as long as the painting is returned in the same condition as it was purchased.
- Return shipping is buyer's responsibility if it is not returned due to the following
- The painting did not arrive on time as per shipping policies.
- It was damaged.
- It was wrong item.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- 24 hour cancellation is acceptable once ordered.
